The Data Management Center (DMC) is part of the Administrative Core, and is responsible for collection, storage, quality control, and evaluation of all study data. The DMC is collaborating with Aeras and the Clinical Core on the implementation of an integrated data management system for tracking of TBRU specimens from both human subjects and non-human primates across study sites and laboratories. The DMC serves as a resource for TBRU-ASTRa investigators, projects, and cores across multiple institutions and sites, allowing access to relevant clinical, specimen, and laboratory data as well as analytic support. In addition, the DMC provides study design, mathematical modeling, bioinformatics, and statistical analysis expertise to TBRU-ASTRa investigators engaged in Research Projects and Cores, and to those investigators developing collaborative research projects with other TBRUs.
